MEMBER QUESTION
Hi Ladies. I have managed to lose five pounds but have had a hard time getting to the gym or working out-because working out makes me hungry and then I gain weight. Does anyone have a cure for this? I would like to lose weight but have the energy to work out as well? Also, what are you favorite workouts that are actually fun? Thank you, and happy 2017 Ladies! xo Celeste in Tuscany.
